How does it works?

Once you have decided on the dates of your tour, we need to work together on the details of the tour.

If you are joining a small group tour we will send you a copy of your tour contract where you will find a detailed information regarding the itinerary, the price and cancellation policy.

If you wish to have a private tour, we will prepare and send you a proposal which will include a detailed program of the tour, the details regarding the price and the cancellation policy.

Once we have agreed on the details of your tour, we will prepare and send your tour contract. After carefully reading it, you should sign it and send us a signed copy of your tour contract.

After receiving your signed contract, we will book you on the tour. No deposit is required at this stage to book you on the tour.

You need to confirm your tour reservation via a deposit not later than 60 days from the starting date of the tour when booking a small group tour, or not later than 90 days from the starting date of the tour, when booking a private tour.

This reservation is refundable according to the conditions part of our Terms&Conditions and the Cancellation policy as described in your tour contract.

You can pay the reservation deposit in two ways:

Via credit card, through Paypal online secured payment service. We will prepare and send you a Paypal invoice and the required instructions regarding the payment. NOTICE: We NEVER require or ask any information regarding your credit card details.

or

Via a bank transfer in our bank account which will be given to you on demand.

You can pay the balance of the tour:

Via a bank transfer to our bank account, before arrival in Albania.

or

You can pay the balance cash, when in Albania directly in our office.

Depending on when you cancel your tour, your deposit may be refunded or not.

For group tour’s reservation:

If you cancel a small group tour reservation earlier than 60 days from the starting date of the tour, the deposit is fully refundable. If you cancel your small group tour reservation, later than 60 days from the starting date of the tour, your deposit is not refundable.

For private tour’s reservation:

If you cancel a private tour reservation earlier than 90 days from the starting date of the tour, the deposit is fully refundable. If you cancel your private tour reservation, later than 90 days from the starting date of the tour, your deposit is not refundable.

People carrying a valid passport form one of the following countries, are not required to get a visa to travel to Albania, North Macedonia, Montenegro and Kosova:

• People with a valid passport form any EU or Schengen Treaty Member country.
• People with a valid passport from United States of America, Canada, Australia, New Zeland.
• People who have a valid passport with valid visa to one of the Schengen Treaty member countries or to USA.

Please take note that visa requirements for certain countries may change from time to time. It is advisable that you check with us or directly with destination country’s Embassy in your country, before booking a tour.

We highly recommend our guests to get a travel insurance, while still in their country of origin.

What sort of protection/coverage does a travel insurance covers you? Some of the coverage that you should expect is as below:

Here are other examples that might NOT be covered in travel insurance:

• Declared or undeclared war or any act of war, invasion, act of foreign enemy, and other war terms
• Loss or destruction of goods due to radiation
• Suicide/Self harm/ or any intentional acts by the insured person that provoked homicide or assault personnel or military personnel of any country or international authority, whether full-time service or as a volunteer
• The Insured Person engaging in, practising for or taking part in training in any speed contest, any professional competition or sports, and participating in Hazardous adventure
